- We recommend a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit
5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return:

- We may hold the refund until the returned item is received and inspected
6. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different item or size, return your original item and place a new order. Because pieces are made in limited runs, we recommend reordering quickly to avoid sell-outs.
